Don't forget Saturday is our Field Day WOD (gyms will be closed). Two classes at 7:30 and 8:30. FFX folks meet at Vienna Community Center. Reston folks meet at Bruin Park (415 Van Buren St, Herndon).


Skill - Rope Climbs

Wod - 12 minute AMRAP:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 20 Alt Box Step Ups 24"/20" holding 45#/25# DB's
  • 1 Rope Climb
