Today's WOD - 01/21

Just when the memories of the polar vortex have started to fade away, Old Man Winter is returning! The heaviest snow fall is expected tomorrow between noon and 7pm. Because of this, we will be canceling our lunch and evening classes on Tuesday Jan 21st.

We will be open in the morning. So come and get your workout done early! Thank you for your understanding and please stay safe!
