Schedule

Classes start at 5:45 AM Monday through Friday, and 7:30 AM on Saturdays. Training sessions are 45-minute long. To maximize results we suggest training at least 3 times a week.

Monday - Friday 10:00am-12:00pm - Wednesday 7:30pm- 8:30pm - Saturday 12:00pm- 1:30pm (Reston), 11:00am-12:00pm (Fairfax)
