We are not just a fitness facility. Our mission is to provide you with the BEST and most efficient fitness training. We are not specialists. Our fitness program focuses on functional exercises, athletic conditioning, weight lifting (Olympic and Power), gymnastics, plyometrics, rowing, running and jumping rope. We train a wide variety of people of all ages and fitness. Training sessions are 45-minute long. To maximize results we suggest training at least 3 times a week.

Classes start at 5:45 AM Monday through Friday, and 7:30 AM on Saturdays.
