I feel lucky to have found CrossFit, and have coached it since 2009. I’ve trained both professional and everyday athletes since 1998 to achieve performance and personal health and fitness goals in a variety of fitness and sport environments. As a competitive athlete (NCAA D1 tennis player, road cyclist, marathoner, and volleyball player), I found a competitive outlet, a results-focused fitness program, and camaraderie with the community of athletes in CrossFit. I am passionate about helping others set and achieve their fitness and nutrition goals and evolved my experience coaching group exercise and cycling into coaching CrossFit and Nutrition.

As a Head Trainer with CrossFit Headquarters’ Seminar Staff, I’m lucky enough to teach the L1 and L2 CrossFit seminar courses and serve as a CrossFit Games judge. I also founded and offer Customized Nutrition Coaching through SoMoved Nutrition (somovednutrition.com).
