Drop-ins & Weekly Memberships

First time is FREE, after than $20/day or buy a t-shirt. If you are planning to be here for a week the cost is $40. If you are planning to visit us, you don't have to sign up for a class or email us (but we appreciate if you let us know). Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and meet your coach.

Personal Training
  • $85-$110/session (trainer dependent). We offer 45-minute and 60-minute sessions.

  • Discounts offered for packages of 5, 10 and 20 sessions

What to eat? How much to eat? Want to lose those extra pounds? Want to improve your performance? Our nutrition program can help you achieve your goals. This program is tailored for those wanting to improve their performance and get more out of their workouts as well for those seeking weight management (gain or lose weight). Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to provide your kids with a safe, exciting and fun environment that will encourage them to achieve their best through physical activity.
