WOD (workout of the day)

Our WOD is the main body of work to be completed during a CrossFit class. They are constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs can be scaled and modified to each athlete’s level. They are designed to increase your work capacity across broad time and modal domains while improving CrossFit’s 10 general skills: Cardio-respiratory endurance, Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination, and Accuracy. CrossFit Kids/Teens

We strive to make fitness fun for our kids. Every session includes a warm-up, focus work on a basic athletic movement and or gymnastics skill, a short Workout of the Day, and most importantly (for our younger ones), a game. It's the same strength and conditioning program that you LOVE but with scaled load, intensity and MORE FUN.

Our CrossFit Teens Program is designed to take youth athletes to the next level by teaching proper mechanics, techniques, nutrition and flexibility. This is a great general strength & conditioning program for both off-season and in-season training for young athletes. Learn more

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is an outdoor 'boot camp' style program designed just for women. Our classes are cardio-intensive focused on longer workouts programmed to get you fit and get your metabolism burning faster.

Advanced/Competitors Class

Our Advanced class is for those who want to improve their overall CrossFit performance. Class days will include skill work, some strength work, a Regional style wod, and workout strategy discussions. Taught by CrossFit Games athletes at our Reston location only. This class is for you if you want additional skill and strength based programming in addition to the WOD. TLP Weightlifting Club

The Last Pull is our USAW affiliated weightlifting venue within Crossfit Reston. Our aim is to help weightlifters of all abilities achieve their goals, be they in training, competition or in support of their Crossfit performance. Strength 101

Our one-hour class is designed to get you more time with a barbel in your hand, working on developing your strength and improving your weaknesses. In addition to the lifts, you will have time to play with accessory movements to complement the primary lifts. The programming for each class is designed to compliment the week’s WODs, and ensure maximum benefit to the additional work. This class is only offered at our Fairfax location. Corporate Wellness

Our Corporate Wellness programs are the answer to making your company a healthier, happier and more productive place. Our programs are tailored to meet your organizations’ specific needs.

On-site group exercise sessions either before or after work. All levels of fitness are welcome, exercise is scaled to individual fitness levels. Our group workouts are fun and motivating! Learn more
