Open Gym Day

Today we will be having "Open Gym" from 8am to 11am to give you an opportunity to meet and hopefully exceed any goal(s) you might have wanted to reach at the beginning of this year.

Whatever you want to do or work on.... its yours. Program your own workout if you want...the gym is yours. Want to set a new PR? Want to work on your Oly Lifts? How about that first muscle up? Need help with double unders? Climbing rope? HSPUs? Do you want to do a HERO WOD? Maybe a Benchmark WOD? If you are up for giving it a go, this is your chance! No idea what to do? Not a problem there will be a workout waiting for you at the box!

5 pull-ups & 5 push-ups EMOM for 12 min (added 2 min to push myself). Was sprawled on the floor after this.

Also avoided using any assistance on getting on the bar. Just jumped up to it.
