Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is a critical component to all of our athletes achieving the best results, but also improved overall health and wellness. Many of you have heard the phrase, "abs are made in the kitchen", but Nutrition is the very foundation of CrossFit's program and every athlete's success. To support our community's knowledge and practice of smart nutrition habits, we've partnered with SoMoved Nutrition (www.somovednutrition.com), led by our head coach and Certified Nutrition Coach (PNL1), Sarah Mills, to offer our clients a comprehensive Nutrition Program and Coaching Services. Here are some of the nutrition programs and services available to our athletes:

Regular Nutrition Challenges

Periodically we hold nutrition challenges for our athletes to dip their toe into getting better results out of their efforts in the gym by exploring nutritional adjustments. Members can stay tuned at the box for details as they arise, and sign up!

Individual Nutrition Coaching ProgramĀ 

Three Months of Nutrition Coaching, including in-person monthly assessments (health markers, goals, body composition testing, etc.), a customized nutrition plan, ongoing weekly coaching support, online daily coaching program, and and monthly plan adjustments. Nutrition Assessment

For our clients that are seeking information on their current health markers and general nutrition guidance. Includes an in-person visit, current nutritional assessment, goals assessment, body composition testing, basic health markers, guidance on beginning a nutritional adjustment. Individual Maintenance Coaching Program

For our athletes that have completed the Three-Month Individual Coaching Program, we offer a scaled down version that allows them to continue to progress more independently.
