I was introduced to CrossFit by chance in 2010 after looking for different avenues of working out. What stood out the most about CrossFit compared to other fitness programs are the constantly varied high intensity workouts. My fitness background includes four years of gymnastics and seven years of Muay Thai. Since starting CrossFit I have gained forty pounds; over a span of three years; and increased my overall fitness level.
