I was introduced to Crossfit in 2005 by my partner JeffT and I was instantly hooked. As a firefighter for 8 years, I found CrossFit beneficial to keep me fit and perform my job. In 2006 we opened CrossFit Fairfax as a means of helping firefighters and the rest of our community improve their fitness and health. I left the Fire Department to become a full time trainer at CF Reston in 2010. Coaching is my passion. I truly enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. Helping my athletes achieve their goals is what motivates every day. Whether is a 500lbs deadlift, the first muscle up, or just being able to squat, their goals are my goals. There is nothing like the satisfaction of knowing that I have influenced people to get fitter, to be healthier, to be happier!

CrossFit has made me a better athlete. The fitness gains and improvements I have made since I started CrossFit have been tremendous. I look forward to sharing my experience as a CrossFit athlete and affiliate owner with others.
