Part I - EMOM(8). 3 Position Power Snatch:
Pockets/ATK/Floor

Part II - With a 15 Minute running clock, every 3 minutes run 200M, once done the run do as many rounds of 'Cindy' (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats) until the next 3 minutes. Then repeat the run and continue on with 'Cindy'. The score is the total rounds of Cindy complete at the end of the 15 minutes
