1 Hang Clean Pull + 1 Hang Power Clean + 2 Power Cleans + 1 Jerk.
Bar can be dropped between the power cleans

Part II - 5RFT of:
- 200M run
- 10 Deadlifts ( last bar from complex)
- 1 Legless or 2 regular rope climbs
