1 Hang Clean pull
1 clean pull from floor
1 Power Clean
1 Squat Clean

1 rounds every other minute

WOD - AMRAP(10) using 70% of top load from complex:
1 Front Squat / 2 HR Push Ups
2 Front Squats / 4 HRPU
3 Front Squats/ 6 HRPU, etc.

Core - 2x10 SLOW back extensions
