WOD - 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 RRFT of:
- HSPU’s (sub is strict DB presses)
- Alternating DB Front Rack Lunges 45/25
- Box Jumps 24/20

<3 months - 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 RRFT of:
- HSPU’s (sub is strict DB presses)
- Alternating DB Front Rack Lunges 25/15 or less (BTW if needed)
- Box Jumps 24/20 or shorter
