Part II - With a 12 minute running clock:

Every 3 minutes, run 200m. When you complete the rundo as many rounds of 'Cindy' as you can until it is time for the next run. Every time you come back from the run pick up Cindy where you left of.

Score of workout is the number of rounds of Cindy.

Cindy: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats
<3 months - Little Cindy: 5 pull ups, 7 push ups, 9 squats


Start runs at 0:00, 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00
