1 Legless or 2 Regular rope climbs on first minute (sub is 2 assisted RC)
1 Shoulder Press + 2 Push Press + 3 Push Jerks on second minute
*athlete’s choice on the load

Part II - 3 RFT of:
- 400M run
- 20 Deadlifts with last bar from STO work

Core - 3 sets of hollow rocks (30 seconds), followed by 3 sets of superman holds (30 seconds)
