1 Shoulder Press
2 Push Press
3 Push Jerks

<3 months - technique

Part II - AMRAP(5) using top load from complex
1 Power Clean / 2 Front Squats
2 Power Clean / 4 Front Squats
*each round the cleans go up by 1 and the front squats go up by 2

<3 months use 65/35#

Core - 3x15 hip extensions (weighted isoptional)
