Today's WOD 03/21

Part I - 5 rounds of the following complex (done every other minute):

1 hang power clean + 1 front squat + 1 hang squat clean + 1 thruster

Part II - AMRAP in 7 minutes of:

6 front squats (w/ last bar from complex)
12 lateral burpees
Core - 3 Max Effort L-holds on pull up bar.
