Today's WOD 02/27

CF Reston will be offering only ONE class this Saturday 2/27 at 7:15 (no Open Gym, kids or teens classes). CF Fairfax will be open, regular class schedule

Teams of 2
With a 20 minute running clock do as many reps as possible:

0-10 minutes - rowing for calories (each team gets 1 rower)

10-20 minutes - GTO 135/95# (each team gets 1 barbell)

Each calorie counts as a rep, the same as one ground to overhead. Total team score is the total calories rowed and the total GTO reps.
