Part I - Front Squats 4 X 10. Each round is done 3 minutes apart
- from the floor, no racks
- loads climb each round

Part II - AMRAP in 12 minutes:
- 2 rope climbs
- 4 GTO with last bar from front squats
- 6 T2B
