Part I - 5 rounds, start every other minute:

3 position power clean (floor/ BTK/hang) - 4 reps total each round:

1st rep from the floor
2nd rep from below the knee
3rd rep from the hang
4th rep from the floor again
Part II - Tabata - Every Rep counts. 8 rds of each movement. Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving to the next.
