Part I (15min) - Power Snatch. Heavy Single

Part II - AMRAP in 7 minutes of:

3 Deadlifts (use last load from snatch )
3 Lateral Burpees over barbell
6 Deadlifts
6 Lateral Burpees over barbell
9 Deadlifts (use last load from snatch )
9 Lateral Burpees over barbell…..etc
* the reps go up by 3 every round
