Part II (8min) - AMRAP in 8 min:
1 T2B, 2 KB Swings 53#/35#, 3 Air Squats
2 T2B, 3 KB Swings, 4 Air Squats
3 T2B,4 KB Swings, 5 Air Squats…… etc
* each round the reps go up by 1 on each exercise until the end of the 8 minutes.
