Part I - Alt. EMOM for 10min:
Odd - Athlete's choice. Hand-walking or 3-12 HSPU's
Even - Clean Complex: Power Clean, Front Squat, Cluster 115/75

Part II - AMRAP for 8 minutes:
- 30 Double Unders
- 10 Alt. DB Snatches. 45#/25#
- 5 OHS right arm (same db)
- 5 OHS left arm
