Skill - Handstands and getting upside down for HSPU's.

WOD - 5 rounds for time of:

200M run
10 box jump overs or 20 box jumps. 24/20 inches**
5 Hand release push ups
**either one is considered rx'd. Athlete's choice for which they do. For the jump overs nothing can touch the box and the athlete's feet must go over the box top.
