Today's WOD - 06/13

Part I - Alt.EMOM for 12 minutes:

Odd - 3 Position Snatch (ATK/BTK/Floor)
Even - 3-6 Ring Muscle Ups. BMUs, C2B, Pull Ups, or band pull ups. Athletes choice on exercise.
Part II - AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

3 Front Squats (w/ last load from EMOM)
3 Lateral Burpees over BB
*each round the reps will increase by 3 reps for both exercises until the end of the AMRAP

Core - 3x15 partner leg throw downs
