Today's WOD - 06/08

Part I - 5 rounds, every other minute, of the following complex:
1 hang snatch pull + 1 hang snatch high pull+ 1 hang power snatch + 1ohs + 1 hang squat snatch

Part II - With an 8 minute running clock, using last bar from EMOM:
- 1 OH squat / 1 KB Swing (70/53 )
- 2 OH squats /2 swings
- 3 OH squats /3 swings and so on till the 8 minutes is up

Core - 2x15 weighted hip extensions
