Part I - 4 rounds every other minute of:
Hang snatch pull + Hang snatch high pull + 3 Hang power snatches

PART II - AMRAP in 14 minutes of:
- 10 T2B
- 20 box jumps (24/20 inches)
- 30' handstand walk or 30 seconds cumulative handstand hold. Either one is considered rx'd
