Today's WOD - 04/15

PART I - Alternating EMOM for 12 minutes:
ODD - 6 OHS (from the floor) load is athlete's choice & can be changed in between rounds
EVEN - 1 to 3 rope climbs. Number is athlete's choice

PART II - For time (with bar from OHS):
10 deadlifts - 2 burpees to pull up bar
8 deadlifts - 4 burpees to pull up bar
6 deadlifts - 6 burpees
4 deadlifts - 8 burpees
2 deadlifts -10 burpees

(15min time cap)
