Today's WOD - 03/28

PART I - Alt. EMOM for 12 mimutes:
ODD - 1 shoulder press, 3 push presses, 5 push jerks 95/65#
EVEN - Pull Ups on even (athlete's choice on number)

PART II - AMRAP 10 minutes:

- 30 double unders
- 10 hang power cleans (w/ last load and bar from EMOM)
- 2 rope climbs or 1 legless rope climb

CORE - 2x10 armadillo drills with a partner
