Today's WOD - 01/13

Part I - 5 rounds of the following complex every 2 minutes:
Hang Power Clean, Hang Squat Clean, Push Jerk, Split Jerk

Part II - AMRAP for 10 minutes:
- 10 Deadlifts (with last load from complex)
- 30 double unders
- 1 legless or 2 regular rope climbs (either one will be considered Rx)

Core - 2x15 partner leg throw downs
