Today's WOD - 01/05

Part I - 5 Rounds of 3 Position Snatch: Mid Thigh, ATK, Floor
1 round every 2 minutes
Loads are adjustable throughout the work

Part II - Using top load from Part I do AMRAP in 10 min of:
- 4 Push Presses
- 3 Push Jerks
- 2 Split Jerks
- 1 Legless Rope Climb or 2 Rope Climbs or 3 ARC (athlete’s choice)
