With a 30 minute running clock, complete the following:


0:00 - 3:00: 3 rounds of
3 C2B pull ups - 6 HR Push Ups - 9 Jumping Air Squats

3:00 - 6:00: 3 rounds of
4 C2B pull ups - 8 HR Push Ups - 12 Jumping Air Squats

6:00 - 9:00: 3 rounds of
5 C2B pull ups - 10 HR Push Ups - 15 Jumping Air Squats

9:00 - 12:00: 3 rounds of
6 C2B pull ups - 12 HR Push Ups - 18 Jumping Air Squats

12:00-15:00: 3 rounds of
7 C2B pull ups - 14 HR Push Ups - 21 Jumping Air Squats
etc….until the 30 min.

Every 3 minutes the C2B pull ups go up by 1, HR push ups by 2, and jumping air squats by 3. Continue for as long as possible until you can get the work done. The score is the total reps of all 3 exercises completed.
If you complete the 3 rounds before the 3 minutes is up - rest until the start of the next 3 minutes.If you don't complete the work rx'd in the time frame, rest 3 minutes and then continue with the last completed rep scheme until the 30 minutes is up, but these reps do not count towards your score.
