Part I - Every other minute do one rounds of following snatch complex, 4 times :
1 snatch pull / 1 power snatch+ 1OHS / 2 squat snatches

Part II - AMRAP(10):
- 3 power cleans (bar from complex )
- 6 T2B
- 9 box jump overs (clear the box) or 9 box jumps ( 24"/20")
