15 (10) Push Presses 75#/55# (65/35#)
25 (15) DU’s

Athlete 1 is the pacesetter. While athlete 1 runs 200m, athlete 2 starts the AMRPAP. When athlete 1 comes back from the run, he/she will take over where athlete 2 left off. Continue like that for 20min.
