1 front squat
1 hang squat clean + 1 jerk

Part II - AMRAP(12).
- 12 Deadlifts 95/65 (65/35#)
- 9 Hang Power Cleans
- 6 Push Jerks
- 25 Double Unders (or 1/2 attempts)**
