*1 round done every 2 minutes. bar to be taken from the floor

PART II - AMRAP(7) using the heaviest load from the complex (part I)
- 2 Power Cleans, 4 HR Push Ups
- 4 Power Cleans, 8 HR Push Ups
- 6 Power Cleans, 12 HR Push Ups
* every round the cleans go up by 2, the hr push ups double the number of cleans
