- 6 push jerks
Then row as many calories as you can the remaining time

REST 4 minutes, then

# 3. With a 4-minute clock running do:
1 rounds of:
- 12 DL’s 155/105
- 9 Hang Power Cleans
- 6 push jerks
Then row as many calories as you can the remaining time

*add up the total number of calories rowed in all 3 WODs
