BB work - 3 Position Squat Snatch ( ATK/BTK/Floor).
3 Rds - 1 round every other minute

Then 10 minutes to work to a Heavy Single Squat Snatch

WOD - AMRAP in 6 min (using 60% of snatch)
1 OHS / 2 Lateral Burpees
2 OHS / 4 Lateral Burpees
etc.
OHS go up by 1 and burpees go up by 2
