BB Skill work - EMOM(12).
1st 3 minutes: 3 tall squat cleans (light and fast)
2nd 3 minutes: 2 hang squat clean + 1 jerk ( still easy and fast)
last 6 minutes: 1 squat clean + 1 jerk

WOD - With a 10 minute clock, row as many calories as you can. Before rowing must do:
0:00 - 10 burpees, then row
1:00 - 9 burpees, then row
2:00 - 8 burpees, then row
3:00 - 7 burpees, then row
4:00 - 6 burpees, then row
5:00 - 5 burpees, then row
6:00 - 4 burpees, then row
7:00 - 3 burpees, then row
8:00 - 2 burpees, then row
9:00 - 1 burpee, then row
